Slow Cooked Tender Beef

Tender roast beef marinated in the simplest and yet tastiest of spices.
Ingredients

approximately 3 pound stew beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 table spoon 7 spice
1 TBL tomato paste

Instructions
Poke holes in the beef and marinate with the spices. I would start with mixing the spices together. Then cover the beef with paste, then spices on top. Add the baby carrots and potatoes all around and add water to cover. Set slow cooker on low for 10 hours. When you get home, it will smell like you have been cooking all day!
