  • 1 lb stew beef
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 bags frozen peas and carrots
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Put everything in slow cooker.
  2. Turn on low for 8 hours or high for 4.
  3. Enjoy!
